OptiVent®

OptiVent® is designed for maximum die venting.

The design uses an increased cooling surface and high thermal conductivity material. At the same time, a wear- and temperature-resistant insert supports reliable operation.

The venting clearance is 1.3 mm.

SVent

SVent combines effective venting with an excellent price-performance ratio.

Its patented geometry supports efficient venting. Furthermore, tungsten steel provides increased thermal conductivity and wear resistance.

GigaVent®

GigaVent® is designed for very large die-casting machines.

It is suitable for machines above 5,000 tons. In addition, its design combines a large venting profile with effective cooling and wear resistance.

The venting clearance is 1.3 mm.

Sawtooth

Sawtooth uses a patented sawtooth geometry.

The design allows installation directly into a slide. As a result, it does not require forced ejectors for demoulding.

This solution is particularly useful when installation space is limited.
