Larger single-chamber configurations offer 1,500 kg and 3,000 kg capacities with 11–12 optional riser tubes.

For larger applications, the super-large single-chamber platform provides holding furnace capacities of 2,000 kg, 3,300 kg, 3,600 kg, and 4,000 kg, with up to 20 optional riser tubes.

The crucible furnace configuration provides a 2,800 kg holding furnace and supports 1–10 optional riser tubes.

Dual and Multi-Chamber LPDC

TiHo also offers LPDC machines with dual and multi-chamber furnace systems.

The dual-chamber models use separate pressurized and stewing chambers, with configurations supporting up to eight optional riser tubes. The system also supports continuous production, with a stated production increase of 15–20% for the listed configuration.

The multi-chamber configuration uses two pressurized chambers and one stewing chamber. The system is designed to support continuous casting while maintaining the aluminum liquid at 700°C ±1°C in the stewing chamber.

Mold Cooling and Machine Control
